Understand Plans and Usage Limits

Templated offers three plans to match your needs. Each plan includes different limits for templates, AI generations, and design imports.

Check Your Usage

You can see your current usage in two places:

Dashboard — The usage summary panel on the right shows your template count and AI generation usage with progress bars.
Settings > Billing — The billing page shows your current plan details and a complete breakdown of your usage.

Upgrade Your Plan

To upgrade from the Free plan:

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Go to the Billing tab.
Click Upgrade to Pro on the plan card.

You can also upgrade directly from the dashboard when you reach a usage limit.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit

When you reach your template limit, you need to delete an existing template or upgrade your plan before creating a new one. A banner on the dashboard lets you know when you are approaching or have reached your limit.

Monthly usage limits (AI generations and design imports) reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
