Change an Account's Plan

You can change any account's plan and override individual features directly from the admin dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately in the app.

Changing the Plan

1. Navigate to the account detail page.
2. Click the Change Plan button in the top-right corner.
3. A modal appears showing the current plan and price.
4. Select the new plan from the dropdown: Free ($0/mo), Pro ($29/mo), or Business ($79/mo).
5. Enter a reason for the change. This is required and stored in the audit log.
6. Click Change Plan to confirm.

A warning banner reminds you that Stripe sync is not yet active, so billing is not affected by plan changes made through the admin dashboard.

Feature Overrides

On the Overview tab, the Plan & Features card shows all features for the current plan. Boolean features (like Custom Fonts, HTML Import, etc.) have toggle switches that let you override the plan default for a specific account.

1. Find the feature you want to override.
2. Click the toggle switch. A confirmation dialog appears.
3. Confirm to apply the override.

Overridden features display an Override badge and a note showing the plan default. This lets you grant Pro features to a Free account, or disable features for testing.

Audit Trail

Both plan changes and feature overrides are logged with the admin's identity, the old and new values, and the reason (for plan changes).
